What Drivers Say

"DHL Supply Chain rates well for HGV drivers and is one of the better-reviewed major 3PLs. Drivers consistently mention the Smith System safe-driving training, the Microlise economy bonus scheme, and supportive line managers on long-standing contracts. Long tenures are common — 14 to 17 year veterans speak positively on transport forums. Criticism is depot and contract dependent: some newer contracts are described as disorganised. Class 2 multi-drop work can involve long physically demanding days. Generally a solid career-building choice, especially for trunking. Rating: 3.8/5 HGV Driver on Glassdoor — 90% would recommend. — Driver reviews · Indeed / Glassdoor"
