These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the platform kbiis.com and all associated services, operated by:

By using the platform — whether by registering, submitting an application or participating in the referral programme — you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

kbiis.com is a recruitment platform that connects job seekers with employees (“insiders”) at potential employers. The platform enables:

• Browsing and applying for open vacancies
• Personal introduction to an insider at your chosen company
• Internal referral by the insider during the application process
• Tracking application status via a personal account
• Participation in a referral programme (clause 6)
• Saving job listings for later viewing (clause 7)
• Subscribing to job alert email notifications (clause 8)
• Submitting employer ratings (clause 9)
• Using a free CV builder (clause 10)

kbiis.com is not an employer and does not guarantee a successful placement or a job offer. The final hiring decision rests solely with the relevant employer.

3. Free for Job Seekers

Use of kbiis.com is completely free for job seekers (applicants). No placement fees, commissions or other charges are levied — before or after a successful placement.

kbiis.com is funded solely through a share of the referral bonus paid to the insider by the employer upon a successful hire. This arrangement is between kbiis.com and the insider and has no financial impact on the applicant.

4. Registration and Account

An account is required to submit an application and access certain features. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with third parties
• Notify kbiis.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account
• Create only one account per person
• Not provide false or misleading information

kbiis.com reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach these Terms without prior notice.

5. Application Process and Identity Verification

After submitting an application, kbiis.com manually reviews the candidate profile. As part of the process, identity verification (KYC) may be required, involving a photo ID and a short selfie video.

KYC data is used solely to verify the applicant's identity and is not shared with employers or third parties. Collection and processing of this data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By submitting your application, you consent to your documents (CV, personal statement, profile data) being shared with the relevant insider for the purposes of recruitment.

6. Referral Programme

Registered users may participate in the kbiis.com referral programme. Each user receives a personal referral link. If someone applies via that link and is successfully placed in a role, the referring user receives a bonus of £100.

The following conditions apply:

• The referred person must apply via the referral link and be actively hired
• Self-referrals (referring your own account) are not permitted
• Payment is made after kbiis.com confirms the successful hire
• Bonuses are paid manually by kbiis.com — timing may vary
• kbiis.com reserves the right to change or discontinue the programme at any time
• In cases of abuse or manipulation, kbiis.com reserves the right to withhold bonuses

7. Saved Jobs

Registered users may save job listings to their account for later viewing. Saved jobs are only visible to the account holder and are not publicly accessible. You may remove saved jobs at any time. Jobs deactivated by the platform will remain in your saved list marked as “no longer available” until you manually delete them.

8. Job Alerts (Email Notifications)

Users may register for free job alert emails to be notified of new matching vacancies. Optional filters by city and licence class are available.

• Registration is free and may be cancelled at any time
• Each alert email includes an unsubscribe link
• Email addresses are used exclusively for the agreed notifications
• kbiis.com reserves the right to discontinue or amend the job alert service at any time

9. Employer Ratings

Registered users may rate employers on the platform on criteria including pay, vehicles/equipment and working hours. The following rules apply:

• Ratings must be based on personal experience with the employer
• False, offensive, discriminatory or defamatory content is not permitted
• Each user may submit one rating per employer and city (which can be updated at any time)
• Ratings are anonymous — the author's name is not displayed publicly
• kbiis.com reserves the right to remove ratings without giving reasons, particularly where abuse or manipulation is suspected
• By submitting a rating, you grant kbiis.com the right to publish and display it on the platform

kbiis.com accepts no liability for the accuracy of user ratings. Ratings represent the personal views of the authors and not the views of kbiis.com.

10. CV Builder

kbiis.com provides a free CV builder at /cv. This tool is used solely to create a print-ready CV locally in the browser.

• Data entered is not stored on kbiis.com servers
• The builder operates entirely client-side in your browser
• kbiis.com accepts no liability for the completeness or legal suitability of the resulting CV
• The created document belongs entirely to the user

11. User Obligations

You agree to use the platform only for legitimate purposes and in particular to:

• Not provide false information about your identity, qualifications or experience
• Not use automated access methods (bots, scrapers) on the platform
• Not upload content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading
• Not take actions that disrupt the operation of the platform
• Not mislead or harass third parties using the referral link

12. Limitation of Liability

kbiis.com is not liable for:

• The success of an application or the quality of a placed role
• The conduct of insiders or employers during the application process
• Technical failures outside the control of kbiis.com
• Damage caused by third-party misuse of the referral link

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Platform Availability

kbiis.com aims to keep the platform continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues or force majeure may temporarily affect availability. No contractual right to availability is granted.

14. Changes to These Terms

kbiis.com reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with future effect. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. kbiis.com is not obliged and not willing to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects its economic purpose.
